Summary:
I organized a writing team of twenty developers, providing structure to brainstorming sessions, writer's rooms with clear objectives, milestones and goals for each meeting.
By implementing Agile workflows inspired by my time at AAA studios, we were able to efficiently scope content, features and narrative elements for the project.
I created the tech stack, and curated open source tools while organizing workshops to mentor the team in using Python, Ren'Py, Notion and Miro.
