Andrea brings a fresh perspective to the table with compelling ideas and a strong understanding of what makes game worlds emotionally resonant. I am privileged to recommend Andrea Saravia Pérez for a Writer role in the video-game industry. Andrea was a great team member to work with. While at Firaxis, Andrea worked on the Narrative Team. Writing for the Civilization is not something that is easy to do. Andrea was always eager to get to work on initiatives writing for sections of the game as well as working with other writers to bring a cohesive experience to the game.
On top of writing on the Civ Team, Andrea was a huge player in the culture at the office, especially with the ERGs across the 2K Games network, especially leading the Uni2K group. Andrea was always willing to help in office activities when the opportunities were available.
